What is Creazy?

Creazy is a range of pre-creased SRA3 media, suitable for most digital print machines. The innovative techniques used to manufacture these products has a patent pending GB0616754.8.

What's so special about Creazy?

Creazy now makes it possible to print on-demand die cut products with no minimum quantities, without the need to send them to a finishing company.

How does Creazy work?

Creazy uses a patented creasing system, which leaves the printing surface flat whilst creasing the board in all the required places. The sheets are supplied pre-creased, partially cut and perforated, ready for overprinting on a digital printing machine.


Take a pre-creased Creazy sheet.	Print with a suitable digital press.	Trim with a guillotine or simply tear off excess board. See Ranges below.	Fold and make up.

Trim & Tape Range

This range of products are ideally suited to quantities from 25 to 250 sheets, all products require trimming with a guillotine and some require fixing using double sided tape.

These products have a CS3 code reference.

Perf & Tab Range

This range of products is suited to lower quantities designed to simply tear out of the printed sheet and tab together. No guillotine or fixing required.

These products have a XPH code reference.

Indigo Range

The same as the Trim & Tape range with the following differences:
A sapphire coated sheet with a size of 460 x 320mm and a board weight of 235gsm / 355micron.
